1. Nature of Servicei-Car Service provides premium automotive diagnostics, repair, and maintenance. By booking a service, you agree that our technicians will perform a digital health check on your vehicle to identify required repairs.

 

2. Consent for Automated CommunicationYou agree that by providing your contact details, you are opting in to receive:Immediate AI Assistance: Automated calls from our assistant, Sunitha, to confirm booking details.Service Updates: Progress photos and videos of your car via WhatsApp.Pickup/Drop Alerts: SMS notifications regarding your vehicle's location.

 

3. Vehicle Pickup & DeliveryWe offer valet pickup for luxury brands (Audi, BMW, Mercedes, etc.).While our drivers are insured and experienced, i-Car Service is not liable for indirect losses or "loss of use" during the repair period.Customers must remove all personal valuables from the car before handover.

 

4. Estimate & AuthorizationAny "Instant Quote" provided by Sunitha or the website is an estimate based on the data provided.Final billing will be based on the physical inspection at the workshop. No major parts will be replaced without your digital or verbal approval.

 

5. WarrantyWe provide a 6-month / 5,000 km warranty (whichever is earlier) on specific mechanical repairs and genuine spare parts installed by us. This warranty does not cover "wear and tear" items like brake pads or wipers.6. JurisdictionThese terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad
